Registration

All applications for participation should be submitted via Google Form by 6 p.m., Monday, July 4^th, and cancellation is not permitted after 6 p.m., Friday, July 8^th.

Payment is to be made onsite at the registration desk only by credit card.

* 1-Day Symposium :

– 100,000 KRW per person

* 2-Day Tutorial :

– 500,000 KRW per person and may attend the Symposium for free!

* 4-Day Hackathon :

– 500,000 KRW per person and may attend the Symposium for free!

* 2-Day Tutorial + 4-Day Hackathon :

– 800,000 KRW per person and may attend the Symposium for free!

The registration fee covers all expenses needed for :

(1) participating in the Symposium and/or Tutorial and/or Hackathon,

(2) accommodation at the Jeju National University International Center Guest House (one room will be assigned for two participants to share),

(3) lunch on July 17^th, and two dinner meals for the Reception on July 16^th and the Banquet on July 18^th,

(4) as well as breakfasts, snacks and drinks that will be provided everyday throughout the week.
